At State Bicycle Co., we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all original, unridden gear. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your bicycle or gear and pack it securely in the original manufacturer shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
